Two words stacked. Polygender: several genders. Genderfluid: it moves. Polyfluid is fluid between combinations of several genders. Man and something unnamed on Monday, woman alone on Wednesday, three things at once by the weekend. The record on the wiki says it plainly: often multiple genders at once, though not necessarily all the time.
The difference from plain genderfluid is the arithmetic. A genderfluid person usually lands on one thing at a time. Polyfluid lands on sets. The difference from plain polygender is the motion: polygender can hold its several genders steadily for years. Polyfluid's set keeps being reshuffled.
What it is not: it isn't 'fluid, but a lot'. It's a specific shape, and a very small word. The wiki dates it to 2020, and there is nothing written about living with it beyond the definition. Many people who fit it say 'genderfluid' in public and 'polygender and fluid' when it matters. That's fine. The combined word is a convenience, not a requirement.

Multigender is the umbrella: more than one gender, in any arrangement. Polyfluid is one arrangement under it, several genders, fluid between combinations of them. You can honestly use both.
Is this a real identity or just two words glued together?+
Both. It came out of online spaces recently and there's very little written about living as it. The experience it points at, several genders in shifting combinations, is real for the people who describe it, and the glued word is simply the fastest way to say it. If two older words do the job for you, use those.
